In episode three of our SaaS series we talk about the metrics that really matter to a subscription business. Identifying the health of your business isn't necessarily as simple as looking at MRR or a basic churn rate, but rather digging into things like CAC to LTV ratio (or the cost to acquire a customer vs. what that customer is worth over their lifetime.) Don't worry, we don't get too in the weeds, but this stuff is critical to master for anyone running a SaaS business.
